Donald C. Harrison graduated from Stanford University with an A.B. and received his M.S. in physics from the University of Washington. He attended law school at the University of Washington, where he was student notes editor for the law review and graduated Order of the Coif in 1974. He clerked for the Honorable Herbert Choy on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Until his retirement in July 2008, he was in-house counsel for Safeco Insurance Company. His practice included insurance defense, appellate practice, and insurance coverage.

Ronald S. Dinning practices law in Seattle. He received his Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Washington in 1987. His practice involves representing insurers in coverage-related matters.

Sidney R. Snyder, Jr., is a 1978 graduate of the University of Washington School of Law with high honors, and works at the Seattle law firm of Merrick, Hofstedt & Lindsey, P.S. His practice emphasizes insurance coverage litigation, bad faith, and appellate work. He is a frequent participant in CLE programs addressing insurance issues
