David F. Ross is the Managing Attorney of the Unigard Insurance Company legal department. Mr. Ross received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and received his J.D. (magna cum laude) in 1975 from Gonzaga Law School, where he served as an editor on the GONZAGA LAW REVIEW. He was a law clerk to the Honorable William J. Lindberg, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, an Assistant Attorney General with the Washington State Antitrust Division, and a former shareholder with Karr Tuttle Campbell.

Since 1981, his practice has been primarily in insurance defense litigation, with an occasional foray into plaintiff’s work.

Bruce G. Lamb defends individuals and companies in civil litigation and has represented and successfully tried cases in state and federal courts. His practice includes motor vehicle accident litigation as well as product liability, insurance law, professional and commercial liability.

Mr. Lamb received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Washington in 1981. In 1984 he received his J.D. from the University of Oregon, where he was Associate Editor of the OREGON LAW REVIEW. Mr. Lamb also has served on the Board of Directors of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers and on King County Bar Association and Washington State Bar Association committees. He has been a Continuing Legal Education speaker, author and editor. His pro bono work includes representing Central American refugees with political asylum claims in immigration court for the Northwest Immigrants Rights Project.

Patrick A. Trudell is a partner at Kornfeld Trudell Bowen & Lingenbrink PLLC, where his practice focuses on the representation of plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including in settlement negotiations, litigation, and trials.

Mr. Trudell is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Alaska Bar Association, the Washington State Association for Justice (Eagle Member), and the American Association for Justice. He is a frequent CLE speaker on personal injury litigation and trials. Mr. Trudell earned his B.A. (History) from the University of Washington and his J.D. (cum laude) from Gonzaga University, where he was Editor-in-Chief of GONZAGA LAW REVIEW.
