Christopher Hare is the Travers Smith Associate Professor of Corporate and Commercial Law at the University of Oxford, and a Tutorial Fellow of Somerville College. He was formerly a senior lecturer at Auckland University.

Peter Watts KC LLB (Hons)(Cantuar), LLM (Cantab), FRSNZ is a barrister at Bankside Chambers, Auckland, and a door tenant at Fountain Court Chambers, London.

Henry Hillind is the student editor-in-chief of NZ Journal of Public and International Law; a senior law clerk at the NZ Law Commission and was the recipient of the Colin Pattison Memorial Prize 2013 for best piece on securities or company law work. He is in the fifth year of LLB (Hons) and BSc conjoint degree at Victoria University of Wellington.

Kelsey Farmer is assistant student editor for the Victoria University of Wellington Law Review and the New Zealand Journal of Public and International Law and is currently completing a LLB (Hons) at Victoria University of Wellington. Her honour’s paper was written on the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and has been published by the Victoria University of Wellington Law Review.

Neil Campbell BCom, LLB(Hons) (Auckland), LLM (Cantab) was appointed a Judge of the High Court of New Zealand in 2020. Justice Campbell’s research has been published in journals such as the Cambridge Law Journal, Lloyd’s Maritime and Commercial Law Quarterly, the Insurance Law Journal, and the New Zealand Law Review. He is a co-author of leading texts on company law and land law. Justice Campbell sits in Auckland.
